Vitrolife Replaces its Chief Financial Officer

Vitrolife AB has named Helena Wennerström as acting chief financial officer (CFO), temporarily replacing Patrik Tolf, who resigned from his position for personal reasons. The company did not provide further details on Tolf’s decision to leave his job.

Wennerström has extensive experience in finance and business management, having served as CFO at ViaCon Group AB and executive vice president/CFO at Bulten AB.

Tolf will provide support to Wennerström as she assumes CFO duties. The company currently is searching for Tolf’s permanent replacement.
